How to cook south indian dish(sambaar)?...

               Hi guys today we are gonna see about a
famous south indian dish ,"Sambaar".We all know that basically its good for our health,especially it is used to boost our immune.some of the required materials are;
             
  •   Split gram lentil(thoor dhaal) 
  •   Asafoetida
  •   Turmeric powder
  •   Tamarind-10 grams
  •   Sambaar powder
  •   Drumstick-2 
  •   Tomato-1
  •   Corriander leaves
  •   Chilli powder
  •   Onion-1
  •   Curry leaves-10 grams
procedure:
          
  1.  Boil  split gram lentil(2 cups) along with           asafoetida and turmeric powder in water for       15 minutes(put it on sim).
  2.  Soak 10 gram of tamarind in water for 15   minutes.
  3.  Take the fine chopped vegetables                       (tomato,corriander,drumsticks).
  4.  Filter the soaked tamarind.
  5.   Drop all these veggies in filtered tamarind         water.
  6. Add required salt to the tamarind water 
  7. Add 2 spoon of chilli powder and sambaar powder
  8. Boil the water,contains all these above stuffs for 15 minutes.
  9. Take the water containing the stuffs(says previous point)and mix it with the the boiled  split gram water(says 1st point).
  10.  Boil this mixed water for 5 minutes(sambaar is ready)

                       For aroma;

  1. Take a frying pan(kadaai/karahi).
  2. Pour 3 spoons of gingelly oil.
  3. Add and fry (mustard seeds,curry leaves ,chopped onion ) with the oil.
  4. Drop the above fried stuffs with sambaar. 
  5.  Thereby highly flavoured and aromatic sambaar is ready.

                                    FISH CURRY                           INGREDIENTS; Fish -500 gm Tamarind-200 gm Gingelly oil -250 ml Chilly powder -3 table spoon Coriander powder -3 table spoon   Turmeric powder -3 table spoon Coconut - small piec Small onion -10 pieces Cumin seeds-1 teaspoon Garlic -2Pieces Mustard  seeds - 1/2 table spoon Curry leaves -1 sprig Onoin -1 Tomato -1 Fennel - 1 tea spoon Cumin seeds -1 tea spoon Fenugreek -1 tea spoon Salt -required amount PROCEDURE; Soak the tamarind into water for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes filter it. Take coconut,small onion,garlic,cumin seed,roast it and grind it as paste. Take the frying pan (kadaai). Pour 250 ml of gingelly oil into frying pan (kadaai).
