MUTTON BROTH(CURRY)
INGREDIENTS;
- Mutton -1/4 kg
- Coconut -2 pieces
- Onion -2
- Tomato -2
- Ginger -small piece
- Garlic -4 pieces
- Gingelly oil -250 ml
- Chilly powder -4 table spoon
- Coriander powder -3 table spoon
- Turmeric powder -1/2 table spoon
- Salt -required amount
- Coriander leaves -small amount
- Pudina leaves -small amount
- Curry Leaves-2 sprig
- Spices(star anice,cinnamon,bay leaf,cloves,cardomom)
- Take the frying pan (kadaai).
- Pour the 200 ml of gingelly oil.
- Along with that also fry the spices (star anice,bay leaf,cinnamon,clove,cardamom ).
- Add mustard seeds,curry leaves ,onion-1,tomato-1,2 pinch of salt also,add some coriander leaves and mint leaves.
- Add 4 spoon chilly powder,1/4 spoon of turmeric powder,3 spoon of coriander powder and fry it.
- Now mix with the mutton with the above mentioned stuffs (previous step-5).
- Grind it as fine paste (coconut,onion-1,ginger,tomato-1,garlic,fennel seeds).
- Drop all these things into the cooker.
- Pour 9 glasses of water.
- Cover it by cooker lid.
- Wait for 8 whistles from the cooker (it takes approx 25 minutes).
- Turn on the stove off.
- Mutton broth is ready.
