COOKING(VEG BIRYANI)
Hi guys,iam here as a mentor for cooking some indian cuisines.so let me start with my first dish today.Iam gonna start with "veg biryani". Some of the essential things are;
- Biryani Rice(seeraka samba/basmathi)
- 50 grams of carrots
- 50grams of green peas
- 50 grams of green beans
- 20 grams of corriander leaves
- 20 grams of mint
- 10 grams of ginger
- 10 grams of garlic
- one tomato
- 2 grams of spices(star anice,cinnamon,bay leaf,cloves,cardamom)
- 200 ml of ghee
- reqiured amount of salt
- half tea spoon of turmeric powder
- half tea spoon of biryani powder
- wash 2 cup of biryani rice(seeraka samba/basmathi rice) with water.
- 4 cup of water is required for washing 2 cup of rice.
- After washing the rice put it into the electric cooker along with 4 cup of water.
- Add some salt and turmeric powder.
- Take the above mentioned vegetables,let it be fine chopped.
- Take a frying pan.
- Pour 200 ml of ghee into it.
- Fry it with the above mentioned spices.
- Take ginger-garlic paste.
- Add that paste with ghee.Also add the tomato and other chopped vegetables.
- Fry all these stuffs with ghee in addition to salt.
- Add half tea spoon of biryani powder.
- Fry it for 2-3 minutes.
- Drop all these stuffs into a electri cooker.
- After 20 minutes flavoured spicy vegetable biryani is ready.
