Spicy crab Masala Gravy

CRAB MASALA

            As we all know that crab is one of the        most important dish among the all non-            vegetarian recipes.So today's recipe is                    tasty"Crab masala".

INGREDIENTS;
  • Crab- 1kg
  • onion- 7
  • garlic-5 pieces
  • ginger- small piece
  • black pepper -2 tbs
  • gingelly oil- 200 ml
  • tomato-1
  • salt -required amount
  • water -4 glasses
  • turmeric powder -1 tea spoon
  • chilly powder- 3 tea spoon  
  • coriander powder - 2 tea spoon
  • coriander leaves-small amount
  • Grind fine paste (onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,black pepper )
PROCEDURE;
  1. Take the frying pan(kadaai/karahi).
  2. pour the 200 ml gingelly oil in frying pan.
  3. Put the stove on sim.
  4. Drop one kg of crab into it.
  5. Light fry it in the presense of oil.
  6. After 5 minutes pour the grinded masala inaddition to salt.
  7. Then pour 4 glasses of water.
  8.  Add 1 tea spoon turmeric powder.
  9. Add 3 tea spoon chilly powder.
  10. Add 2 tea spoon coriander powder.
  11. Let it be covered by lid.
  12. Put the stove on full.
  13. After 25 minutes  open the covered lid.
  14. Sprinkle the chopped corriander leaves on the crab masala.
  15. Turn off the stove.
  16. Spicy tasty crab masala gravy is ready.

Mudali Pillai Mandapam

Mudali Pillai Mandapam Next to this tower ,is the Mudali Pillai Mandapam.This is also called Mudali Mandapam and dark Mandapam.It is 60 feet broad.It was built in 1963 byKadandhai Mudaliar. On both sides of this Mandapam,there are pillars with beautiful statues of women.
