MUTTON BROTH(CURRY) INGREDIENTS; Mutton -1/4 kg Coconut -2 pieces Onion -2 Tomato -2 Ginger -small piece Garlic -4 pieces Gingelly oil -250 ml Chilly powder -4 table spoon Coriander powder -3 table spoon Turmeric powder -1/2 table spoon Salt -required amount Coriander leaves -small amount Pudina leaves -small amount Curry Leaves-2 sprig Spices(star anice,cinnamon,bay leaf,cloves,cardomom) PROCEDURE; Take the frying pan (kadaai). Pour the 200 ml of gingelly oil. Along with that also fry the spices (star anice,bay leaf,cinnamon,clove,cardamom ). Add mustard seeds,curry leaves ,onion-1,tomato-1,2 pinch of salt also,add some coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add 4 spoon chilly powder,1/4 spoon of turmeric powder,3 spoon of coriander powder and fry it. Now mix with the mutton with the above mentioned stuffs (previous step-5). Grind it as fine paste (coconut,onion-1,ginger,tomato-1,garlic,fennel seeds). Drop all these things into the cooker. ...
