MUTTON BROTH(CURRY) INGREDIENTS; Mutton -1/4 kg Coconut -2 pieces Onion -2  Tomato -2 Ginger -small piece Garlic -4 pieces Gingelly oil -250 ml Chilly powder -4 table spoon Coriander powder -3 table spoon Turmeric powder -1/2 table spoon Salt -required amount Coriander leaves -small amount Pudina leaves -small amount Curry Leaves-2 sprig Spices(star anice,cinnamon,bay leaf,cloves,cardomom) PROCEDURE; Take the frying pan (kadaai). Pour the 200 ml of gingelly oil. Along with that also fry the spices (star anice,bay leaf,cinnamon,clove,cardamom ). Add mustard seeds,curry leaves ,onion-1,tomato-1,2 pinch of salt also,add some coriander leaves and mint leaves. Add 4 spoon chilly powder,1/4  spoon of turmeric powder,3 spoon of coriander powder and fry it. Now mix with the mutton with the above mentioned stuffs (previous step-5). Grind it as fine paste (coconut,onion-1,ginger,tomato-1,garlic,fennel seeds). Drop all these things into the cooker. Pour 9 g

CRAB MASALA             As we all know that crab is one of the        most important dish among the all non-            vegetarian recipes.So today's recipe is                    tasty "Crab masala" . INGREDIENTS; Crab- 1kg onion- 7 garlic-5 pieces ginger- small piece black pepper -2 tbs gingelly oil- 200 ml tomato-1 salt -required amount water -4 glasses turmeric powder -1 tea spoon chilly powder- 3 tea spoon   coriander powder - 2 tea spoon coriander leaves-small amount Grind fine paste (onion,tomato,ginger,garlic,black pepper ) PROCEDURE; Take the frying pan(kadaai/karahi). pour the 200 ml gingelly oil in frying pan. Put the stove on sim. Drop one kg of crab into it. Light fry it in the presense of oil. After 5 minutes pour the grinded masala inaddition to salt.  Drumstick  Sambaar                                     Hi guys today we are gonna see about a famous south indian dish , "Sambaar" .We all know that basically its good for our health,especially it is used to boost our immune.some of the required materials are;                 Split gram lentil(thoor dhaal)    Asafoetida   Turmeric powder   Tamarind-10 grams   Sambaar powder   Drumstick-2    Tomato-1   Corriander leaves   Chilli powder   Onion-1   Curry leaves-10 grams procedure:             Boil    split gram lentil(2 cups) along with           asafoetida and turmeric powder in water for       15 minutes(put it on sim) .  Soak 10 gram of tamarind in water for 15   minutes.  Take the fine chopped vegetables                       (tomato,corriander,drumsticks).   Filter the soaked tamarind.    Drop all these veggies in filtered tamarind         water. COOKING(VEG BIRYANI)                         Hi guys,iam here as a mentor for cooking some indian cuisines. so let me start with my first dish today.Iam gonna  start with "veg biryani" .
